Delivery Policy

South & North Island Delivery Route Flat Rate Fee: $9.95

Local Delivery Route Flat Rate Fee: $5.95

All Orders of $250+ are delivered Free of charge

We offer three different delivery routes, South Island, North Island and Local. South and North Island routes alternate on Thursdays, and deliveries can be expected anytime between 9am-2pm (depending on where you fall on the route, please reach out via email for more specific delivery windows). Our Local route is serviced every Wednesday, deliveries can be expected any time between 9am-1pm.

South Island Route (Every Thursday, 8:00am - 4:00pm):

Ladysmith -> Victoria

North Island Route (Every Wednesday, 8:00am - 4:00pm):

Parksville -> Courtenay/Comox (+ Campbell River every second week)

Local Route (Every Wednesday, 11:00am - 2:00pm):

Nanaimo (North & South)

A notification will be sent via email when orders have been delivered. Please secure your frozen raw dog food into a freezer as soon as possible following delivery.
