Refund Policy
We stand by our products 100%, but due to the nature of our food being a fresh product, all sales are final once an order is handed off to the customer (either delivery or pick-up). If you are interested in trying our products risk-free, please request samples (2 per customer) of your preferred blends or proteins via email at coastalraw@gmail.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If you are not able to retrieve your order and deposit into a freezer right away, we encourage customers to leave a cooler or insulated bag in a covered area of their property.
Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges on any product once it has left our facility (either delivery or pick-up). If you'd like to make an exchange on an order that hasn't been fulfilled, please email coastalraw@gmail.com and we will execute the request as soon as possible.
Refunds
All sales are final once an order has left our possession. Order cancellations can be made on any unfulfilled orders.
