Shipping policy

We make deliveries on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays of each week, offering four different delivery routes (North, South, Inner, Local), with a variety of sub-routes serving more isolated communities (please click on respective delivery day for specific route details). Please see route information below:

- North Island Route includes communities between Parksville and Courtenay/Comox and is always completed on Wednesday. The North Island Route also includes Campbell River every second Wednesday (please see delivery calendar and click on the next nearest delivery day for more information).

- South Island Route includes communities between Ladysmith and Victoria and is always completed on Thursday. The South Island Route also includes Sooke and Sidney, with each alternating every second Thursday (please see delivery calendar and click on the next nearest delivery day for more information).

- Inner Island Route includes communities between Coombs and Port Alberni and is completed on Tuesdays, every 3 weeks. Please plan orders accordingly (see delivery calendar and click on the next nearest delivery day for more information).

- Our Local route services all of the Nanaimo/Cedar area every Tuesday.

A notification will be sent via email and/or text when orders have been delivered.
